Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism issued a building permit for the construction of a four star hotel on the waterfront of Petrovac, on the site of the former restaurant Sutjeska, part of the confiscated property of the family Gregović – Zuber.

After the end of the last year, investor Nikola Rajkovic from Portoroz got urban-technical conditions for the project documentation, building permit was issued in mid-December for the construction of a total gross building area of 2.2 thousand square meters with basement ground floor and three floors.
Restaurant Sutjeska is part of the property that was confiscated to the family Gregović – Zuber after World War II. It was the house of Anastasia Gregović, on the coast in Petrovac.
